Convention Contract

To the Committee:

Designs of Freedom, (formerly Freedom Design), is a jewelry company that offers a line of jewelry created the designed specifically for the fellowship of NA. We are a registered vendor with the W.S.O. Our vendor number is JE960301.

We have two contract options:

_1) We offer the committee 25% of the net sales or $_____ (pre-determined amount) , along with 5 Silver Pendants.

_2) We offer the committee 35% of the net sales, 5 Silver Pendants, Two items of Convention oriented merchandise. In return we would require hotel accommodations for the length of the convention.

We require exclusive jewelry sales rights and a proximity to high traffic areas during regular merchandise hours throughout the entire event. Also if the contract is signed for two or more years, Designs of Freedom will support all fundraisers with jewelry donations for the length of the contract.

Any changes to the conditions and terms set above will be considered a breach of this agreement.

If this is acceptable to you, please check one of the options, sign below, and return. WE ask that you inform us of your decision within 60 days prior to the event. In addition, we ask you provide three 6ft x 8ft tables and a phone line for our credit card machine.

We, the Committee, agree to allow Designs of Freedom (formerly Freedom Designs) the exclusive rights to sell jewelry during regular merchandising hours throughout the entire event. IN exchange, we will abide by the contract option selected.
